Bio

A 21-year coaching veteran, Coach Waits has been coaching basketball since the age of 14. Growing up as a coach's kid has prepared him to ready his student-athletes. Coach Waits has been an assistant athletic director, camp director, and head coach at multiple schools and has helped turn around every program he has been part of. As the Director of the Rocket City Ravens, he aims to make sure that girls get the same opportunities to receive good coaching and play competitively in an environment that promotes their success and growth.
